Scope of Services
United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC (“Company”) provides mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection services exclusively through partnerships with licensed clinical laboratories and healthcare organizations. The Company does not offer direct-to-consumer clinical testing or medical services to the general public.
All services are performed based on laboratory orders, protocols, and requirements provided by partnering laboratories.
No Medical Advice
United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. All testing, interpretation of results, and clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the partnering laboratory and ordering healthcare provider.
Compliance & Professional Standards
All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to:
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards
Phlebotomy services are provided by trained, insured, and qualified professionals who follow proper patient identification, specimen handling, and safety protocols.
Scheduling & Service Availability
Service availability is subject to location, staffing, and laboratory requirements. United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC does not guarantee appointment availability in all areas at all times. Coverage areas may change as the Company expands operations.
Specimen Handling & Transport
United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC is responsible for proper specimen collection, labeling, and handling at the time of service. Final testing, analysis, and reporting of results are the responsibility of the partnering laboratory.
Confidentiality & Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting patient confidentiality and handling protected health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Access to patient information is limited to authorized personnel involved in specimen collection and coordination.
Independent Contractors
United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC may work with independent contractor phlebotomists to provide services across multiple regions. All contractors are required to meet professional, compliance, and insurance standards prior to performing services.
Limitation of Liability
United Mobile Phlebotomy LLC shall not be liable for delays, test results, diagnostic outcomes, or clinical decisions made by laboratories or healthcare providers. Liability is limited to the scope of specimen collection services performed.
